Book Review: The Available Wife (Parts 1 & 2)

Title: The Available Wife (Parts 1 & 2) [Available Here and Here]

Author: Carla Pennington

Genre: Urban Fiction

Review: In a nutshell, this is a twisted plot of a delusional cheating woman and her doting (only, not so doting) husband.  This book had a lot of twists in the plot. And while it started off relatable over time it just because unrealistic because no one person could have had all this stuff go down.  It was extremely suspenseful. I literally had to stop reading it from time to time because it was TOO suspenseful.  I actually hated the main character, not only hated but was genuinely repulsed by her.  The book itself was ok but too many plot twists for me. I mean one or two but this book had so many plot twist and I just got to a point where I was like come on now.

Overall, this book was a quick read. Though it was too parts I read them both as a in between book to a bigger novel that I am reading.  I would recommend it but I can only give this one about 3.5 Stars. It starts off relatable but then it just becomes overwhelmingly ridiculous.
